Q - What are the Smart Phone/ Net phones?
A- The Handset with Operating System like MS, Macintosh are known as Smart phones & Handset with only web browser for browsing, emails etc. are known as Net phones.Handset - BUZZ is Net phone & Alive & Ivory is Smart Phones.
Q- What is the process for getting this product for a new customer?
A - A customer will purchase handset from Retailer/BR & activate with FRC 93/94. Upon activating with this FRC 93/94, customer gets following:- · Talk time - Rs 0
· Validity - Lifetime
· Local onnet - 150 mins/day for two months and 2 GB/month Data for 2 months
· Voice Base Tariff
§ Local Calls to all networks - 1paisa per second.
§ STD calls to all networks - 1paisa per second.
§ All other calls/sms - as per standard tariffs.
· Base Tariff Data: Rs2/ MB
Q- Does this FRC 93/94 is for one type of Model - Buzz or for all other models?
A- The FRC 93 is applicable for Net Phones (1x devices) -MTS Buzz. Whereas FRC 94 is applicable for Smart Phones -Alive & Ivory. These FRC will not be applicable for any other customers besides Net phones/Smart Phones.
Q- What is the promo offer applicable for new customer?
A- New customer upon activating with FRC 93/94 customer will get one time promo offers-
· Unlimited Local Onnet (MTS-MTS) minutes for first 2 months.
· Free 2GB Data Usage each for first 2 months.

Q- Which SIM cards will be used with Net phones/Smart phones? A-The SIM Cards used with Net phone Buzz will be normal 1X Category & For Alive & Ivory will be OMH category.
Q- What will happen after Promo offer? A- As per their requirement Net phone/Smart phone customer will do a Top-up for talk time to enjoy the Voice / Data Base tariff benefit. Aside Net phone/Smart phone Customer also has option of selecting / recharging with any existing Voice / Data plan available in market.
Q- Are all existing Voice & Data STV applicable for Smart phones & Net Phones
